- Supporting the recruitment process of contingent workers within EMEA countries,
- Managing clients and stakeholder requests regarding recruitment,
- Contribute to the background screening during the onboarding period.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 year of experience in MSP or contingent recruitment field,
- Knowledge of labor/contingent laws and regulations preferred,
- Strong client engagement skills
- Fluent in both English and Hungarian,
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
